For over 85 years - now in its 3rd generation - our family business Ölz der Meisterbäcker has been successfully producing high-quality baked goods for the Austrian market. In addition to the Austrian home market, Ölz baked goods are also very popular with consumers in Germany, Switzerland, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Slovenia and Italy.
Ölz der Meisterbäcker is the clear market leader and at the same time the most popular bakery brand in Austria. Brand awareness is supported by 97%. 7 out of 10 Austrian consumers prefer to use products from master bakers, over two-thirds regularly or more often. The export share is now around 42%.
