Long-term partnerships with our suppliers are very important to us at Ölz Meisterbäcker. Every third supplier is a family business, a small enterpriseor a cooperative.

Ölz believes in regionality.

Ölz der Meisterbäcker has been a retail partner for around 8 decades now. Economic and ecological sustainability complement one another. As such, we prefer to locally source as many raw materials as possible.

Around 2/3 of our packaging material and boxes are produced locally in Austria.
85% of our flour deliveries arrive at our door in less than 90 minutes.
The value added remains in the region, while short transport routes cut carbon emissions.
