For master bakers like us, responsibility for animal welfare begins with the selection of raw materials. We are simply unable to produce premium baked products without high-quality raw materials. That's why we source our ingredients from suppliers who are committed to high standards of animal welfare. We also pay attention to the climate and our carbon footprint, which we at Ölz Meisterbäcker are constantly reducing.
Free range eggs
Premium baked goods begin with first-class ingredients. We obtain our eggs exclusively from controlled free-range farming. By doing so, we guarantee unbeatable quality and are proud to be the 1stEuropean bakery brand to set this standard.
Fresh alpine milk from Austria
Fresh alpine milk is a genuine quality attribute in our products and a regional resource.The milk comes exclusively from cows from the Austrian alpine region.
Delicate alpine butter from Austria
Alpine butter is used to refine the flavour and makes our baked goods so uniquely fluffy and delicate. With alpine butter from Austria, we can rely directly on the cows at the dairies in beautiful Bregenz Forest.
Vegan
Many baked goods from Ölz Meisterbäcker are naturally vegan and therefore ideal for a vegan diet . We mark all of these Ölz products with the internationally recognised Vegan label.
Vegetarian
Whether it is animal welfare, personal health or environmental aspects – people are motivated to adopt a vegetarian diet for different reasons. Our Ölz baked goods are 99.9% vegetarian, with the exception of our Ölz Punsch Krapfen, and are therefore suitable for a vegetarian diet .
